Kasia Nissanka

I’m Kasia Nissanka, an Executive and Leadership Coach (ICF PCC) with a background in occupational psychology and a genuine passion for helping people grow in ways that feel honest, sustainable and human. I also hold an EMCC‑accredited Diploma in Coaching Supervision, and I support coaches and senior leaders who want reflective space to think, learn and develop their practice.

My coaching career began in health and social care, supporting people with complex needs. Those early years taught me patience, presence and the importance of creating environments where people feel safe enough to be themselves. That foundation still shapes how I work today.

Over the past seven years, I’ve coached leaders across health and social care, tech, consulting and corporate sectors. I’ve trained and developed more than 200 leaders in coaching and mentoring skills, delivered Level 3 and Level 5 coaching programmes across a large NHS and Local Authority system, and facilitated leadership workshops, 360 feedback sessions and behavioural‑change work with high‑pressure teams.

My approach blends psychology, trauma‑informed practice, Transactional Analysis and reflective supervision. I help people understand their patterns, shift unhelpful stories and build the confidence and clarity needed to lead well in complex environments. I’m especially drawn to moments of transition: stepping into bigger roles, navigating imposter feelings, rebuilding after setbacks or finding your voice in challenging cultures.

People often describe my style as calm, clear and very human. I don’t do glossy leadership clichés. I prefer real conversations, curiosity and creating space where people feel able to ask questions, practise new skills and explore uncertainty without judgement. Feedback from workshops often mentions psychological safety, clarity, kindness and the groundedness I bring into a room. Those comments matter to me because they reflect the intention behind my work.

In my private practice, I partner with CEOs, founders and senior leaders who want to strengthen their confidence, emotional intelligence and strategic presence. You can read more about my Leadership Coaching here (Leadership Coaching).

I also support people navigating career change, identity shifts and professional crossroads. You can find more about my Career Coaching here (Career Coaching).

As a trained supervisor, I work with coaches and senior leaders who want reflective space to deepen their practice, stay grounded and grow with intention. You can learn more about Coaching Supervision here (Coaching Supervision).

Alongside my one‑to‑one work, I design and deliver coaching‑skills training and leadership development workshops for organisations who want to build healthier, more coaching‑led cultures. You can explore Leadership & Coaching Skills Training here (Leadership Training).

Whether I’m coaching, supervising or facilitating, my work is shaped by real experience, grounded in evidence and centred on people. Leadership is personal. Growth is personal. And the work we do together should feel meaningful, safe and human.
