STEP INTO LEADERSHIP, REDUCE OVERTHINKING, INCREASE IMPACT

Leadership can be a lonely place…

You’re surrounded by people, yet you’re the one who carries the weight of decisions.

You’re the one others look to for clarity, direction, reassurance. And even when they admire you, it can still feel like you’re standing slightly apart from everyone else.

You didn’t get here by accident.

You’re in this role because you worked hard, you cared, you delivered.

You’re ambitious, talented, thoughtful. You see the bigger picture. You want to do right by people. You want to lead well.

And that combination is rare.

Over the last few years, I’ve sat in rooms with hundreds of people leading teams, projects, organisations, and sometimes entire systems.

I’ve coached founders whose businesses were growing faster than their confidence.

I’ve supported senior leaders navigating pressure, visibility, and the quiet fear of getting it wrong.

What I’ve learned is this:

Even the most capable leaders question themselves.
Often the ones who care the most, question the most.

Do you recognise yourself in one of these patterns:

  • The “nice” one. You want to be fair and supportive, but you end up saying yes too often, carrying too much, or avoiding the conversations you know you need to have. You worry people don’t fully respect your boundaries (and sometimes, you don’t either).

  • The “strong” one. You’re clear, decisive, and you get things done. But you worry people experience you as too direct, too demanding. They don’t always see how much you care about them.

  • The” admired” one. People trust you, rely on you, praise you. And yet you’re quietly afraid that one day you’ll mess it up, or be found out, or lose the balance you’ve worked so hard to build.

Whether you’re a founder, a senior leader, or someone newly promoted into a bigger role, the questions are often the same:

Am I the leader my team needs right now?
Am I the leader I need right now?

We will be exploring both of the questions.

What it’s like to work with me

My job is to think with you, not about you.

  • Psychology + coaching:
I bring an MSc in Occupational Psychology and PCC-level coaching to help you see the patterns that show up under pressure: how you make decisions, how you relate, how you protect yourself.

  • Strategic thinking partnership:
We use real situations: difficult conversations, stakeholder dynamics, team issues, role transitions as live material. This isn’t abstract theory; it’s applied to your actual context.

  • Friendly but firm challenge:
Insight is useful. Change comes from action. I’ll challenge you where you’re playing small, avoiding conflict, or over-controlling, and support you to experiment with new ways of leading.

And I’ll hold space for the bigger questions too: the ones about purpose, meaning, identity, and the kind of life you want to build through your leadership.

What leaders often gain

  • A clearer sense of who they are as a leader

  • More confidence in their authority (without losing their humanity)

  • Better boundaries and less guilt

  • Stronger, more honest relationships with their teams

  • A calmer mind and more resilience under pressure

  • A leadership style that feels like them, not a performance

Clients Testimonials:

“I used to swing between being too soft and too blunt. Kasia helped me find a way of leading that feels strong and kind at the same time. My team feels it. I feel it.” Founder, Tech Start-Up

“I had a most powerful experience during the coaching session with Kasia. Before the session I had been feeling blocked about going forward with my business and I had realised that I was procrastinating taking clients on. (…)Talking to Kasia made me see that the past is in the past and it cannot hurt me. I can still create a business in alignment with my ethos and this time I need to price my products right so I am justly rewarded for my time and investment. I am very thankful to Kasia for her professional yet empathetic approach which has made me have such a breakthrough in just one coaching session.

Daniela, 44, Nutritionist

I came to Kasia when I was struggling a lot (especially in my work environment) with feeling worthy and lacking in self confidence, so much so that I felt like I could not work. Kasia helped me to accept who I am for who I am and supported me along that journey, accepting that I will make mistakes in my life but that does not mean that I am not capable or worthy. She helped me through guided meditations and to understand my life scripts - subconscious thoughts which guided me, and to accept that although these may still exist after seeking help, they will not define me or what I choose to do with my life and that I can find healthy ways to deal with these. Seeking help from Kasia helped me immensely in my recovery and I will be forever grateful for the guidance she gave me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family who are struggling.

Kasia really helped me find my direction last year. I was mentally stuck at a crossroads with my career after taking time off to raise my children. During our meeting, Kasia would listen and then show me some brilliant techniques to help me find my own answers. This was the very essence of life coaching. Kasia wasn’t there to simply advise me, she was there to help me to advise myself. I honestly can’t recommend Kasia highly enough”

— CATHERINE,

Kasia has incredible talent to ask the right questions that challenge the beliefs and to guide into the right direction without imposing or patronizing. She has the ability to create a "safe space" to open up, to be vulnerable and to talk without any inhibitions. During our sessions I always felt her patience and empathy but also very constructive feedback and supportive "hands- on" approach that motivated me to be prepared for each session and subsequently, resulted in great progress. I would highly recommend her!

“Kasia is a great life coach that helped me understand the obstacles I faced and showed me I have more control over situations than originally thought. She also helped me improve my self-confidence. Highly recommend”

Kasia listened with real focus and helped me to see for myself where I could make other, better choices in my relationship. I was able to learn through Kasia’s suggestions about seeing things from different perspectives to break out of habitual thought patterns and find new ways of behaving. It’s been a real help for me personally.
